Having suffered a stroke around eight and a half years ago, I needed someone who was well trained in neuro rehabilitation and I found Pippa to be very knowledgeable in her field. Pippa is fully conversant with her subject and is excellent at seeing the areas on which we should be concentrating, and tailoring the sessions accordingly. She carefully established my long and short term goals and she explained how she intended to approach each session. She gave me every opportunity to ask questions and answered them very patiently. Pippa is a complete professional and manages to combine hard work with enough encouragement to help me to feel positive about my progress. Many of my colleagues who attend a stroke class which I attend also now use Pippa's services and that is the greatest compliment I can pay her.
Pippa has always been the model of professionalism, advising me on what is possible and where I should set my goals. I have found the physiotherapy both invigorating and therapeutic. In the four years she has worked with me I have discovered a greater range of movement and flexibility which has enabled me to write again. Pippa is always cheerful ready with helpful advice and I cannot speak too highly of her professional qualifications. The course of treatment is fully explained and all my questions answered.
As a wife and carer, I would like to say how Peter has got more mobile and therefore happier since Pippa has been coming to give him Physio. It makes my life easier as he wants to do things for me and himself. I will always be thankful to Pippa for this. She comes in like a breath of fresh air. Thank you Pippa.
Having physio with Pippa at home on a one and one basis has benefitted me a lot as I felt lost in a group. I have been very satisfied in the way all my questions have been answered and I've been very satisfied with the treatment too. Pippa is very professional and a happy and friendly person. She is very good at what she does and has given me the confidence to try all things.
